Book a Face-to-Face Consultation

We do not respond to new enquiries by email, for the same reason we do not offer free consultations, i.e., our operation is geared towards serious parties exclusively and accordingly we enact a policy of not allocating our time and resources to the merely curious or inquisitive.

The world is on an inexorable march to the worst war in history and we are offering our services to those who are astute enough to agree with that assertion, and so there is no "hard sell" of our services, no need to convince or cajole; you either see it already, or you don't and so we take the position that it is not our job to change your mind.

By charging for a consultation (which will take up most of an afternoon, typically), we deter the non serious enquirer and waste none of our valuable time.

Consultation overview:

  • Face-to-face meeting with a fully qualified engineer and architect OR an email consultation (unlimited email exchanges).
  • Meeting to be held at a neutral venue (strict policy) agreed in advance; note that we are based in Northern Ireland.
  • We prefer to know as little of your personal details as possible (i.e. your profession, background, etc.) for mutual OPSEC reasons. This is because the services we are offering pertain to a life-and-death matter that supercedes normal rules about disclosure, reporting, etc.
  • At the meeting, you can ask us anything you like with regard to the threat matrix and our services, etc.
  • We would expect to discuss and expand upon many of the critical subjects covered briefly on our FAQs page.
  • We further would discuss your particular concerns and requirements, including not just sheltering but also potential relocation.
  • If we find that we are a good mutual "fit", we can proceed to project (if required).
  • Consultation fee: £500 due in advance of meeting. There would be no further fees in respect on ongoing consultations on live projects.
  • Email consultation fee: £250 due in advance. There would be no further fees in respect on ongoing consultations on live projects.
