Bunkerage.com's two principal operators are "Jay" Woods and his father Mervyn.

1. "Jay" Woods

Jay is a fully qualified aeronautical engineer with a further degree in a mechanical engineering discipline but, far more pertinent to the theme of this website, is a highly experienced plot-finder who had previously been commissioned by investors to source, assess, undertake costings on, perform due diligence on, negotiate the acquisition of, and add value to, rural sites for subsequent resale.

He also has a longstanding interest (spanning decades) in world affairs, is conservative in his outlook and is the author of all of our WW3 blog articles.

2. Mervyn Woods

Mervyn Woods has a wealth of experience in project-managing the construction of large luxury dwellings in rural areas, in acknowledgment of which he was presented with the prestigious John Laing Construction Gold Award for his work in the design and construction of such properties. This award was presented to him by Lord Hunt (the then Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster) in a ceremony hosted by Sir Christopher Laing at the John Laing Centre, Mill Hill London, in September 1994.
